This is the 50th year of the BCS!
50 years ago, the BCS didn't exist.
Now it's got over 50,000 members worldwide and is the leading membership body representing IT professionals. We represent all aspects of the profession from Artificial Intelligence to the World wide Web.
To celebrate how far we've come, from 1 January 2007 we're holding a year long programme of events and activities, which promise to be exciting, innovative and commemorative.
