This combined Conference (16th International Software Quality Management and 13th Annual International Conference on Process Improvement Research and Education) aims to promote cooperation and greater understanding amongst practitioners and academics by providing an opportunity to share research and practical experience.


INPIIRE addresses software process improvement related to teaching, training and
research. SQM addresses issues relevant to business and industry.
